Questions

Before you unbox

What comes inside a FantasyBox?

Each box has a set of body-safe adult products for the audience you choose (female or couples). Tease has one main toy, a matched lube and a small extra. Fever has two toys, a silk blindfold and lube. Wild has three toys, a silk blindfold and lube. Every box includes care instructions.

Will I know exactly what I'm getting?

No — that's the mystery. You'll know the box level and who it's for, but the exact products stay a surprise until you open it. The items on this page are examples only.

Are the boxes suitable for beginners?

Tease is our entry-level box and is designed with first-timers in mind. Everyone's preferences are different, so it's worth reading the care instructions and our sex toys for beginners guide.

How discreet is the packaging?

Your box arrives in plain, unbranded packaging, and your bank statement shows "FB Retail".

How long does delivery take?

Discreet UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Delivery is £4.99, or free on orders of £50 or more.

Can I return my mystery box?

Please see our Safety, trust & returns page for the full returns policy.

What's the difference between Tease, Fever and Wild?

The number of products. Tease (£29.99) has one main toy, Fever (£49.99) has two toys plus a silk blindfold, and Wild (£79.99) has three toys plus a silk blindfold. Compare them on our sex toy mystery box page.
