Where we are now

Fantasy Box is open for orders. The Tease, Fever and Wild boxes can be bought now. Some custom boxes aren't on sale yet, so for those we only offer a waitlist. This policy covers how the site works today.

When you place an order

We store your name, email address, delivery address, what you ordered, any notes you add and the order total. We use this to pack and send your box, and to email you an order confirmation and a dispatch notice.

Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. You enter your payment details with them, not with us, and we never see or store your full card number. Your bank statement shows ‘FB Retail’.

Reviews

If you leave a review, we ask for your order number to check it came from a real order. The name, star rating and comment you give are shown publicly on the site. Your order number is not shown.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist for a box that isn't on sale yet, we store your email address and use it to tell you when that box launches and about launch offers.

Marketing emails (FantasyBox After Dark)

If you tick the box to join FantasyBox After Dark, we store your email address, that you agreed, when you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to and which form you used. We rely on your consent as our lawful basis. You may receive emails about new boxes, products, offers, competitions and After Dark content. Joining is never required to browse or buy.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address and the date you left on a do-not-contact list so we don't email you again by mistake. We don't use that list for marketing. We keep subscriber details while you're subscribed, and the do-not-contact entry for as long as we send marketing emails.

These records are held with our website hosting and database provider, Lovable (built on Supabase), who process them on our behalf. Their servers may be located outside the UK; where data is transferred outside the UK we rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards.

Visit counts (no cookies)

We count page visits, product views, items added to the bag and checkouts started. These counts don't use cookies and don't include your name, email or any ID that identifies you. We use them to see which pages and boxes people are interested in.

Cookies and Google Ads

We advertise on Google and use Google's ad tools to see whether our ads lead to visits and sales. Visitors in the UK, EEA, Switzerland and Canada are asked first, and Google's advertising and analytics cookies stay off unless you click “Accept cookies”. If you reject, those cookies aren't set.

You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings.

Saved on your device

Your browser keeps a few things on your own device so the site works: what's in your bag, your cookie choice and that you've confirmed you're 18 or over. We don't receive these unless you place an order.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, or for any privacy question, email emailing info@fantasybox.uk. We never sell your data to anyone.
